This app assists flexible gas pipe installers in determining the suitable size of Gastite pipe recommended for the specific installation at hand. It takes into account factors such as the project's gas type, tubing run length, supply pressure, pressure drop, and flow capacity to calculate the appropriate size of Gastite/FlashShield CSST for your application.

The Gastite and FlashShield flexible gas piping systems are engineered and guaranteed to deliver adequate gas volume and pressure for optimal appliance performance through the use of appropriate sizing tables and methods detailed in the Design and Installation Guide as well as this Mobile Sizing App.

Consequently, the design pressure loss on the Gastite and FlashShield piping system under maximum probable flow conditions, from the point of delivery to the equipment's inlet connection, must ensure that the supply pressure at the equipment exceeds the minimum pressure required for correct equipment operation.
